To request a prescription refill, please contact our office at 203-792-4151 to leave a message on our convenient prescription refill line. A nurse will process your request and contact you with questions or if an appointment is needed.

IMPORTANT: Please note that it may be 24-48 hours before your prescription refill request is approved. Also, we require that our patients be seen once every six months to be eligible for refills.
